What this site is

This website describes WAKAN's work in the Sacred Valley of Peru and the retreat home we are creating there. It is informational. Using it means you accept the terms on this page.

Nothing here is an offer or a booking

The retreat property is not yet open and nothing on this site is bookable. Dates, capacity, facilities and opening timing are our current intentions, not commitments, and they may change. A gathering at WAKAN is only agreed when we have agreed it with you in writing, on separate terms.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not reserve anything and creates no obligation on either side. Please send accurate information, and nothing confidential that you would not want in an ordinary email.

Giving

Online giving is not yet available through this site. When it is, it will be offered on its own terms, through a named payment processor, by a named legal entity, and this page will say so. Until then, treat any giving page here as a preview rather than a live facility.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error-free, and some of what you see is clearly marked as draft or placeholder while the project is being built.

Our content

The text, photography, film, logo and design on this site belong to WAKAN or are used with permission. Please do not copy or republish them without asking. Quoting us with credit and a link is welcome.

Links out

Where we link to someone else's site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on information here that was marked as provisional. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
