Our story
It began with one family, and the question of what happens next.
WAKAN grew out of time spent in the Sacred Valley — and the realisation that help which arrives and leaves changes very little. What changes things is staying long enough to hand the work over.
Today WAKAN is two things held together: service in the communities around us, and a home in the valley whose gatherings sustain that service.
